A woman most likely kills a motorcycle rider by cutting him off as she begins to turn near a gas station. Whose fault is it, really?
If the bike was going slower, maybe it could have helped the situation. The video appears to demonstrate that the bike was speeding.
Did the woman have her turn signals on? She as the car driver wasn't paying attention to the traffic.
People don't respond very quickly to the victim.
